Hi there! I am Jessica Lalk, LMSW. I am a graduate of the University of Missouri Columbia, where I received my Master's degree in Social Work. I have been practicing and facilitating DBT therapy since 2019. My clinical experience thus far has been in the Department of Corrections and the Department of Mental Health. As a provisionally licensed Social Worker, I am currently engaging in additional clinical supervision and obtaining my LCSW. I am under the supervision of Casey Limmer, MSW, LCSW, DBT-LBC, the founder and CEO of St. Louis DBT. So, when you are working with me, just know that you are also working with the head honcho too! I am looking forward to expanding my clinical knowledge and I am interested in working with clients of any age.

In my leisure time I enjoy reading, practicing yoga and spending time with my friends, family and pets.
