Specializations:  I primarily work with LGBTQIA+ individuals ages 15+ who may experience anxiety, depression, systemic stressors (poverty, racism, homo/bi/transphobia), relationship difficulties, suicidal/self-harming behaviors and have histories of trauma, ADHD, BPD and/or PTSD.

Treatment Modalities: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy - Prolonged Exposure, Emotion Focused Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, grounded in relational-cultural theory.

Certifications: State of Missouri - Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy Certificate (via the Embody Lab).

Costs: My self-pay rate is $120/session. I have limited self-pay scholarship opportunities available. I accept UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, and Cigna.
