What would it look like to be whole? To be healed? To love yourself unconditionally? To wake up everyday and be glad to be alive? To believe that life is worth living? If you are looking for the answers to these questions, all is not lost. There is hope.

My goal is to help each person I work with to live passionately and with purpose. Through different therapy techniques, we can work together to establish "life worth living" goals, heal past hurts, and grow to a more positive future. I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Creative Arts in my practice.

Healing is a journey and it takes time. I am here to help you feel heard, respected, and valued. To guide you towards a more positive view of yourself, and make life bearable again.

Certification and Training: Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training facilitator, Crisis Intervention Prevention trainer, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Expressive and Integrative Arts Therapy, Dance Movement Therapy
