DBT Grad Group for Adults

Cost: $60/session
St. Louis DBT offers a 16-week Advanced DBT Skills Group for clients who have completed at least one round of a standard DBT Skills Group. This group will be heavily peer-led, with an emphasis on delving deeper into skills learning, applying skills to real-life situations, problem solving, and role playing.
The cost to attend is $60 per session. Documentation will be provided for out-of-network reimbursement. Purchasing a $36 workbook is required if you don’t already own the manual.
Advanced DBT Skills for Teens/Young Adults

Status: Virtual (via zoom), open enrollment, must commit to 8 week attendance
Cost: $60/session
Welcoming teens and young adults ages 16-21 who have completed at least one full round of DBT teen and family skills group within the past 3 years. This group is for the teen/young adult client only and serves as a support group utilizing a basic foundational knowledge of DBT skills.
Each group session is virtual and will last 1.5 hours weekly. Participants will be expected to commit to 2 month time periods (roughly 8 sessions), with the ability to drop or take a break after each 2 month period.
This group is peer led and is ideal for a teen or young adult who is wanting to refresh their DBT skills in order to continue to use them to create change and make a life worth living. Learning from other peers and sharing real-life situations makes this group unique and expands upon the skills participants have used in their family skills group.
