Are you feeling overwhelmed with life’s daily stressors? Do you sometimes find yourself anxious, depressed or feeling out of balance? Let me help you achieve that balance by using your own inner strength to guide you.

We will work on developing healthy coping techniques and self-awareness to help you manage your mood, emotions and stressors.

I strive to be compassionate with each and every client and enjoy working with people with all kinds of problems from age 12 years and older. I have worked with individuals and families coping with a loss, substance abuse, trauma, mood disorders, personalities disorders, self-esteem and relationship issues. I have been in private practice for over 12 years and specialize in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

Spending time with friends, family and exercise enables me to maintain a healthy work-life balance.  I especially enjoy spinning and am a Level 3 Madd Dog Spinning Certified Spinning Instructor. I enjoy incorporating elements of mindfulness practice in teaching spinning and therapy. I am fluent at speaking Farsi.
