St Louis DBT is committed to providing wide-ranging opportunities to explore DBT, strengthen DBT clinical skills and prepare for national certification. We do this through five programs targeted to students, clinicians and agencies.

JOIN THE STLDBT TEAM
St. Louis DBT is dedicated to the effective and adherent dissemination of DBT and other evidence-based treatment modalities to the St. Louis community. As needed, we contract with trained and licensed therapists to provide adherent and high-quality services to our clients.
Two heads are better than one -- Casey Limmer has trained with Judith Beck and Marsha Linehan and for nearly a decade, taught courses in Applied Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy at Washington University. Casey is available to consult with outside therapists on tough cases. She helps you develop effective CBT and DBT intervention plans for your clients.
St. Louis DBT therapists are available to present to your staff on key topics related to Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). STLDBT's founder and lead trainer, Casey Limmer has trained therapists and counselors in evidence-based approaches and techniques for more than 10 years. She has also achieved certification in DBT from the DBT- Linehan Board of Certification.
