Who & What We Treat

We offer individual, couples and family therapy for adults and adolescents, age 13 and up.  The evidence-based therapies we use — DBT, CBT, MBCTProlonged Exposure and EMDR — are effective at treating a wide variety of disorders, their symptoms and related behaviors.
