I strive to be compassionate with each and every client and enjoy working with people with all kinds of problems from age 12 years and older. I have worked with individuals and families coping with a loss, substance abuse, trauma, mood disorders, personalities disorders, self-esteem and relationship issues. I have been in private practice for over 12 years and specialize in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

Spending time with friends, family and exercise enables me to maintain a healthy work-life balance.  I especially enjoy spinning and am a Level 3 Madd Dog Spinning Certified Spinning Instructor. I enjoy incorporating elements of mindfulness practice in teaching spinning and therapy. I am fluent at speaking Farsi.
