When life feels like it’s beyond our capacity to handle, sometimes we need extra support. My goal as a therapist is to offer a space in which you feel safe, valued, and understood .

We will work together to identify and change distressing thought and behavior patterns that prevent you from leading a life worth living. We will work together to increase your ability stay present in the moment, communicate effectively with others, and cope with distressing thoughts, emotions, and situations.

I have training in a number of cognitive-behavioral therapies, and this allows me to tailor my approach to best meet your individual needs. I specialize in working with young adults and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and Borderline Personality Disorder. I also specialize in working with individuals with histories of abusive relationships, sexual violence, and/or childhood sexual abuse. My experience includes providing individual and group counseling to survivors of abuse and offering support to patients at Planned Parenthood and Hope Clinic.
