Individual Diary Card: Your therapist will expect you to complete a diary card, identifying the skills you used during the week. At each individual session, you will review the diary card. This is the diary card STLDBT recommends for adults.
Couples Diary Card; Couples doing the Couples DBT Skills Group or couples therapy should complete this diary card. Each partner will complete the diary card independently.
