Living a good life is hard. By creating a safe space for you to be yourself, my goal is to help you mindfully uncover and explore stories and beliefs that may be undermining your ability to live an authentic life.
I bring a compassionate and caring presence as a guide and companion with a deep commitment to mindfulness in my work. I prefer a holistic approach, exploring all aspects of a client’s life, from exercise, nutrition, relationships, spirituality, and mental health. Clients who work with me learn to become more mindful of their thoughts, feelings, and bodies, building resilience and practical skills to cope with life’s many stresses.
I have a scientific background, therefore I am committed to using techniques that work and are evidence based. Designing a unique treatment for each client, I can help you learn to better regulate emotions, increase awareness of unwanted thoughts and feelings, and take action towards reaching your goals.
