Do you feel like your moods fluctuate and your emotions have control of you? Have you become stuck and unsure of what to do to move forward?

My goal in therapy is to understand your circumstance thoroughly and help you find tangible relief from your stressors, as well as solutions to your problems.

I am particularly specialized in working with high anxiety, traumatic or abusive experiences, and mood regulation issues. I am also comfortable providing counsel if you are struggling with self-harming or suicidal thoughts. You do not have to keep carrying your troubles alone.

Through the use of DBT, I can guide you to feel more centered, to be able to manage your thoughts and emotions better, to feel more capable of tolerating distress, and to experience less suffering and more positive events in life. I also am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Prolonged Exposure (PE) and can use these different researched interventions as they fit your needs and goals in therapy.
